You may  either print the forms and fill in OR fill in digitally. To fill in digitally, first download the form. This will allow you to save the form and edit or complete at a later date instead of starting from scratch.

We suggest making multiple copies and bringing them. Put each set in a different place. Give a set to two different team members. Remember the TEAM MEMBER is the one checking in the team at their challenge table/room, not the team manager. The team should be prepared to answer any questions about their paperwork. Bring extra blank sets too! They could come in handy for any revisions or another team from your school who misplaces or forgets theirs. DI spirit!
