Rules:
Scan each submission and submit via Google Form.
The team who submits the winning design will receive a free regional t-shirt and regional pin for each team member!
T-Shirt contest design submissions must be submitted by October 23, 2026.

Rules:
- Submissions must be on 8.5” x 11” white, unlined paper or on the template.
- Submission must include "North Harris CPSO" OR "North Harris DI" and a theme for the year.
- All graphics must be original.
- Designs may be hand drawn or created on computer.
- Designs must have a maximum of 3 colors.
- NEW: Design should suggest the shirt color.
