T-Shirt Design Contest

Rules:
Scan each submission and submit via Google Form.
The team who submits the winning design will receive a free regional t-shirt and regional pin for each team member!
T-Shirt contest design submissions must be submitted by October 24, 2025.

Rules:
- Submissions must be on 8.5” x 11” white, unlined paper or on the template.
- Submission must include "North Harris CPSO" OR "North Harris DI" and a theme for the 2025-26 year.
- All graphics must be original.
- Designs may be hand drawn or created on computer.
- Designs must have a maximum of 3 colors.
Scan each submission and submit via Google Form.

Ordering
Order T-shirts and pins by November 14, 2025.

Team MEMBERS, fill out the Regional Pin & T-Shirt Worksheet (Fillable PDF LINK) and return it to your Team Manager.
Team MANAGERS, after collecting the orders from Team Members, use the TEAM MANAGER Pin & Shirt Worksheet (Fillable Google Sheet Link). It will auto calculate the totals for submitting to the Google Form.
After calculating order totals, submit to the NHCPSO Region Shirt & Pin Order 2025-2026 Google Form (LINK).
The Quote & Invoice will be sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive an email, check your spam.
NEW CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS: Please update the North Harris CPSO email to [email protected] in the finance system.
Submit Purchase Orders to [email protected]; however, payment must be received before or upon delivery of shirts & pins.
Payment Options:
Checks payable to North Harris CPSO. Make sure to include TWO (2) copies of the INVOICE when submitting the check to:
